Dr. Isaac Hopper is an ordained elder in the Global Methodist Church. He earned a PhD from the University of Manchester (UK), where his research focused on early Methodist Christology.

He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Theology, Church History, and Christian Ministry, and currently serves as resident theologian to the Great Lakes Conference of the Global Methodist Church.
